Cell doors are green. Game tables are to the left of the stairs. Stairs go to another floor of cells and the visitor's area.

TV Viewing Area. This area is directly in front of the deputy's desk.

The jail in High Point was built in 1990. Yet it is overcrowded and there are three people in cells meant for two. Inmates are in cells all but three hours per day.
